Between 6 and 7 March 2018, in collaboration with Australian Border Force (ABF), RILO AP organized a Pre-operational Seminar for Regional Illicit Tobacco Enforcement Package (RITEP). The purpose of the Seminar was to gather the customs experts to share their experiences of tackling illicit tobacco and its smuggling, and to map out the operational plan for the Concentrated Enforcement Period under RITEP initiative. Director of RILO AP and Superintendent of Targeted Operation in ABF gave the opening addresses to welcome all participants of the Seminar. The Seminar was attended by 41 participants from 21 Customs Administrations and International Organizations.
