The 17th Meeting of Heads of WCO Asia/Pacific Regional Training Center was co-hosted by the Customs Border Control Training Institute (CBCTI) of Korea Customs Service and the WCO Asia/Pacific Regional Office for Capacity Building (ROCB A/P) and held on 25-26 September, 2019 in Cheonan, the Republic of Korea. 

Heads of Regional Training Centers (RTCs) from Fiji, Hong Kong (China), India, Japan, Korea and Malaysia, Head of ROCB A/P, WCO Technical Attaché together with representatives from Indonesia as observers participated in the Meeting. RILO A/P is also invited to participate in the Meeting.

The ROCB A/P organized the Meeting aimed for better contributing to the regional capacity building activities to be conducted in this fiscal year in line with the WCO’s capacity building strategy and guidance.  During the Meeting, RILO A/P introduced its organization and delivered the updates of current activates. RILO A/P also presented the concepts and details about its operations and on-going projects and asked for active participations and collaborations from participating Member Administrations in coming operations.
