RILO AP participated in the “17th Meeting of the Customs Enforcement Network Management Team (CENMaT)” held at the WCO Headquarters in Brussels, Belgium on 31 January and 1 February 2019. Participants from the 15 CENMaT Administrations, 7 RILOs and EU shared and discussed issues regarding the development of the CEN applications. In particular, Sri Lanka presented the outcome of the nCEN Progoramme Leaders’ Meeting in the Asia-Pacific Region organized by RILO AP in Seoul, Korea in October 2018. In addition, the meeting agreed to assemble a Working Group to revise the policy and process of WCO CEN data sharing with the 3rd party and decided to process the data sharing requests which had been put on hold in accordance with the existing CEN Policy.
