RILO AP sent CEN Managers to UNODC Training on Joint Inter-Agency Cooperation for Vietnam Customs and Police held in Halong Bay, Vietnam on 23 - 25 May to support National Contact Points of Vietnam's participation in Operation Mekong Dragon V. They introduced CENcomm, a communication tool allowing participants in a joint operation to exchange seizure data and gave an overview of CEN suite. Also, the method of entering a seizure case into the CENcomm was addressed, which was followed by practical exercises carried out by participants. For the sessions, CEN managers helped all participants have their own accounts on the CENcomm.
